Christophe Van Gerrewey is a writer and critic. He has published novels, essays and articles on architecture and the arts in journals such as A+U, De Witte Raaf, Architectural Theory Review and 2G. He is a member of the editorial board of OASE. He recently completed his Doctorate on the work of Belgian architect and critic Geert Bekaert at Ghent University. Van Gerrewey wrote the essay ‘The Words and the Colours’ on Ana Torfs’s installation […] STAIN […] (2012) for the publication that accompanies Echolalia. For his lecture, he will present an in-depth reading of the exhibition, which focuses on Torfs’s body of work of the past five years.
